Action Taken by Electronic Vote (Outside of a Regular Meeting) 

On March 23, 2025, Amanda Ramcharan shared a draft letter written by Peter Hoffman of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, with the SRG Board of Directors. 

The letter notified Gurpreet Padda that his property at 1222 Allen Avenue was in violation of multiple city ordinances and negatively impacting the Soulard neighborhood. The letter requested that he provide a plan for repairs by April 30, 2025, or face potential legal action, though it emphasized a preference for a collaborative resolution. 

On March 25, 2025, Neil Putz motioned to finalize and send the letter to Gurpreet Padda. Abby Goodson seconded the motion. The vote was conducted electronically and the results were as follows:

● Abstained: 1 

● Absent/No Response: 2 

The motion passed and the letter was mailed on March 31, 2025.
