Board Present: April Flores, Wade Weistreich, Jay Gibbs, John Cline, John Durnell, Bob Printz, Jimmy Roberts

Acting Secretary: Jimmy Roberts

Call to Order: 6:34 p.m.

Storage Unit Contract

• 10’ x 10’ unit: ground floor, outside unit, drive-up access
• Promotion: 50% off the first 4 months if purchased by Labor Day
• 12-month total with 24-hour entry: $1,532.00
• A policy and procedure defining usage rules will follow

Jay Gibbs moved to approve; John Cline seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

Board Budget Line Increase

• Pet waste dispensers for South Soulard, from the CID without the branding:
  • 3 dispensers
  • $420
• Communal coolers: $350
• Projects line item in the Board budget increased from $2,700 to $3,470

John Cline moved to approve; Wade Weistreich seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.
