Boogie Chyld takes the stage at the Soulard Farmers Market Plaza (8th & Lafayette) on Saturday, September 26, with the music starting at 6:00 PM.

Soulard Restoration Group Scholarship Fund Trivia Night (POSTPONED)

POSTPONED - NEW DATE TBD

The inaugural Soulard Restoration Group Scholarship Fund Trivia Night will be April 25 at the South Broadway Athletic Club. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; trivia begins at 7 p.m. Mark your calendars for this fun evening of trivia and other chances to win prizes. Participants will be able to purchase tables of eight. All proceeds will benefit an SRG scholarship for post high-school education (college, university, or trade school).

Soulard Time Capsule Burial

Come be a part of Soulard history!

The Historical Committee has been undergoing a project to put together a Soulard Time Capsule for our residents to contribute photos, artifacts, memorabilia, and letters written for future Soulardians to open 100 years from now in 2126.

On Sunday, July 12, 2026, we will have a dedication ceremony for the Soulard Time Capsule with remarks from notable guests in our community, and will finally bury the time capsule in the garden of our own historic Soulard Station.

Doors to Soulard Station will open at 2 PM. Refreshments will be provided. Come and enjoy this historic event!

Andy Coco's NOLA Funk and R&B Revue performs at 6:00 PM at Soulard Farmers Market Plaza! The concert follows the Bastille Day parade (3:30 PM) and traditional beheading reenactment. Free admission; beer and wine available for purchase. Bring a lawn chair, and get your boogie on!

Bastille Day 2026

The parade will begin at the Soulard Market with a rousing call against the Royalty, Brenton and Elizabeth Henry, who when sighted, shall be chased VERY slowly across the neighborhood. The parade will stop at several bourgeois businesses throughout Soulard, and end with a gathering of peasants to witness the end of the monarchy by guillotine back at Soulard Park. The Soulard Summer Concert series will kick off at 6pm in the park for a full evening of celebration!

Bastille Day is organized in partnership with Soulard Business Association.

Join your fellow partisans on Thursday, July 9th from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Soulard Station (1911 S 12th Street) to craft props for the mob. We'll be making signs, sashes, cockades and other symbols of the revolution, supplies and wine will be provided - all you need to bring is two hands and some zeal!

Mardi Gras Bud Light Grand Parade

The highlight of Soulard’s Mardi Gras season, this parade is second only to New Orleans in size and spirit. Starting near Busch Stadium, the energy picks up at Chouteau, where lively crowds pack the streets to cheer on the krewes. The route weaves through Downtown South and Soulard, ending at the legendary Anheuser-Busch Brewery—a fitting finale at the birthplace of iconic brews.

Dress up in your Mardi Gras best, grab your friends, and celebrate along the route of this free, unforgettable parade!

Purina Pet Parade

The Purina Pet Parade, the world’s largest costumed pet parade, blends the festive spirit of Mardi Gras with the charm of adorable, dressed-up animals. Free for spectators, the event offers endless “AWWW” moments and easy access to the Taste of Soulard or Wiener Dog Derby afterward. Pet owners can register their furry friends online or in person at 12th and Allen to join the fun and showcase their style. Proceeds from the event support Open Door Animal Sanctuary, making it a celebration for a great cause.

The Krewe of Vices and Virtues presents Santa Comes to Soulard!

Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their family will sleigh through Soulard on Saturday, December 13! This family-friendly event is free to attend. Come for photos, cookies, cocoa, and crafts! Children can select a gift from his bag (while supplies last). We hope to see you all there, regardless of whether you’ve been naughty or nice!

50th Anniversary Soulard Holiday Parlour Tour

Step into the rich history and festive spirit of St. Louis with the Soulard Parlour Tour, a time-honored tradition that has opened the doors to Soulard's most captivating historic homes since 1975. This year’s tour spans two days (Saturday, December 6, 2025 and Sunday, December 7, 2025) to celebrate the 50th Anniversary!

The tour kicks off with a champagne toast and invites you to explore residences, each brimming with architectural charm and adorned in holiday decor, transporting you to the 19th-century elegance of this storied neighborhood. To ensure a warm, comfortable journey between homes, heated shuttles are provided. Join us for this charming three-hour tour and leave with a special Soulard souvenir! Tours start every half hour from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
